文化帳メニュー Flash Bunka-Cho Flash Menu

The second Bunka-Cho interface from Meisou Potage now featuring the hability to take photos! (but limited) unlike Eisharoku's Bunka-Cho menu.

Note: The game "Intercross of Ball and Bullets" is unplayable because the swf is too big to upload in Github.
Warning: The Bunka-Cho interface may be very unstable (music playing over music, animation closing itself) because Ruffle still doesnt support ActionScript 3 totally.
