Hello!
Thank you for picking up Meisou Potage’s “Red-and-White Manju Flavor.”

This Reitaisai, since ZUN, the creator himself, is getting married,
we wanted something that felt celebratory, so we chose “red-and-white manju.”
(And since they’re “red-and-white” “manju,” the jacket features Yukkuri Reimu.)



Now then, this mini-game features Patchy.
It’s a title-based gag whose title (logo) I had thought up long ago,
but the game itself is more polished than ever,
and I think it turned out to be a reasonably satisfying puzzle game.

Whatever happened to the usual inflated silly-game series…


At first, to match the CD title “Red-and-White Manju” (?),
I was thinking of a puzzle where about five types of “Yukkuri” would be connected in a coupling-like manner,
but while thinking about it, I remembered this Patchy title gag,
so I feel the resulting system has fairly good compatibility with the joke.


Unlike other puzzle games,
the main idea is not “match the same colors,” but “match different colors,”
so I think you’ll be quite confused while playing.
I tried to make the interface as frustration-free as possible in that regard,
so for the first while, I hope you’ll just rely on your intuition and play casually.



……Even so, regarding this hand-burned CD,
I get the impression that yu-ki’s and my styles have switched places compared to usual, lol.
